The Bluegrass Chapter, Louisville Chapter and Southern Ohio Chapter put on a pregame tailgate at the Generals’ Division III Football Playoff game at Thomas More College in Crestview Hills, KY. The game didn’t come out in W&L’s favor but a good time was had by all. Check out the some pictures below.

The Bluegrass Chapter loves college football, the Wildcats and tailgating. On Saturday, September 11, the Bluegrass Chapter held a tailgate outside Commonwealth Stadium in Lexington, KY prior to the Western Kentucky/Kentucky football game.

Join the Bluegrass and Louisville Chapters on September 4th!

The Louisville Chapter and the Bluegrass Chapter cordially invite you and your family to a pregame tailgate at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium in Louisville, September 4th. That Saturday, the University of Louisville will square off against the University of Kentucky with bragging rights on the line.

The festivities will begin at noon and will continue up until kickoff or even longer for those who don’t have tickets to the game. Bloodies, BBQ and Yard Bird provided by Coop Alumni. The tailgate will be in the Bronze Lot E, Row P, Space 1. Look for the White W&L Crest Banner.

The Bluegrass Chapter held its annual Summer Sendoff Party honoring current and incoming W&L students as well as their families on August 12, 2010. The event was graciously hosted by Melanie and David Dowell ’75 and was a great success. More than 30 alumni were joined by five current students and two incoming freshmen.

The Bluegrass Chapter recently held its annual R.E. Lee Party on February 19, 2010. Over 50 alumni and friends gathered at the Bodley-Bullock House for cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and good times. The event was a huge success.

PLEASE NOTE: If you verify and submit your info online right away (and include an optional picture or narrative), you are done, except for the offer to buy a copy of this attractive and popular publication later in the process.
